The Edwin L. Weisl, Jr. Lectureships in Art History:

At the present time the Foundation is accepting funding proposals for the Robert Lehman Foundation Art Lectureship Program. The purpose of the Lectureship is to provide Colleges with the opportunity to enrich their art history curricula by inviting noted art historians and/or artists to lecture on a topic related to at least one course offered in that particular semester. The Program's ultimate goal is to extend the exposure of students, faculty and the surrounding community to the ideas of noted professionals in the field of the visual arts to whom they would otherwise not be afforded access.

Proposals to be considered at the May meeting must be received by April 1. Proposals to be considered at the October meeting must be received by September 1. Please upload your proposal on the Guidelines page.
